Hi, I’m trying to watch 7th Grade Civil Servant on Viki but it’s not letting me. I know it’s not licensed for America but I’m a QC, shouldn’t it still let me watch it anyways? Help would be great!

No, not if it’s not licensed for QC’s. Although Viki is mostly able to license stuff for QC’s worldwide, in some ‘rare’ cases they where not able to such as this kdrama. I believe only 2 countries can watch this series.
