[CLOSED] Hello Mr Gu! - Questions about segmenting pre-subtitles

Hello there,

“Hello Mr. Gu” is my first-time project as Channel Manager and I wonder if I need a team of segmenters & Chief Segmenter as well or can one handle it alone since the drama comes with pre-subtitles?
What else except the qualification from Ninja or Seg101 needs to be considered if one is segmenting alone?

Du brauchst ein paar Segmenter, vlt einen Chief. Ich hab meist so an die 6 bis 8, da ich ja nie weiß, wer wann Zeit hat. Die Segmente müssen angepasst werden. Wenn du einen Cheif hast, der sucht manchmal die Segmenter auch selbst.
Vlt auch eine TE und auf jeden Fall eine CE.
