When I look at the collections page, it says the lists are empty. When I look at my profile, it says the number of shows that are on the list.

It does not say the list is empty, it says there are 0 followers. When I look at your collections, I do see shows added there.

Are there shows in the actual collections? Because the “0” that you are seeing is actually the number of followers those collections have, not the number of shows in the collection. With the new collection interface, there is nowhere that it tells you how many shows you have in the collection.

when i open the collection, it says No shows added" for all of them.
That is weird.
Have you tried all the typical troubleshooting steps that Viki suggests, like clearing your cache/cookies and logging out/in?
If you’ve done all that and the problem persists, you should open a help ticket.

No worries, don’t do anything but wait normally in minutes, days it will be visible again. Did you reload the pages? Sometimes even something as simple as that brings back the data. I don’t know, what causes the problem, but it comes and goes, so just relax take it as a temporary glitch.
P.S.
I can see the content of your collections, so the data is there.
Like you, I no longer see the number of channels added in my collections.

ok. I cleared my cache and logged in and out. i will give it some time and see if it fixes itself. if not I’ll put in a ticket.

I think they recently made an update to collections to make it so that more than 12 could be seen at once (according to a Viki friend), but inevitably, when they “fix” one thing, they end up “breaking” something else.

I had a similar issue - parts of my collections were gone (visible on the Viki app, but not the computer). Happened right after the latest update, as @my_happy_place said.
Had to open a ticket for it. Viki’s engineers did their magic soon enough.
