Go on the Viki page, scroll down, down, down to Cookie Settings and accept “All Cookies” or at least “Social Media”. Refresh the page and here we go, you should see the Comment Section again!
I’ve got this guideline from the Help Center.

I found out that this is for EU only. So those of us here in other parts of the world don’t have access to “Cookie Settings.”
