I noticed that my Community Dashboard hasn’t been updating properly for the past few hours. The subtitle count isn’t increasing, and my recent work isn’t showing up either. The dashboard is not updating the subtitle count. It’s only showing one subtitle, even though I’ve done many.
I’ve already reported it to the Viki team, but I just wanted to ask if anyone else is facing the same issue. It might be a general glitch.

Just a quick update — I noticed that a few more 2-3 subtitles have now been added to my profile dashboard, but it shows they were done just 2–3 minutes ago, even though I actually did them quite a while back. So it seems like the system is updating very slowly or with a delay.
Is anyone else noticing the same delay in their subtitle updates?
The same thing is happening to me. The subtitles I did in the last hour aren’t showing up at all.
Yes. It started for me around 6 hours ago. When I began to notice nothing is updating, I just stopped working on my projects.
I have the same issue. The episodes show the correct updated percentage, but the subtitle count has only gone up by 3-4.

Yes, same here! The episode percentages are updating, but the subtitle count is barely moving. Definitely looks like a system glitch. Let’s hope it gets fixed soon!
Looks like it might be a general glitch on Viki’s side. I’ve already reported it to the team, so hopefully they’re working on it. Let’s hope it gets fixed soon! Let’s keep each other posted!

same here and it seems, the recent contributions aren’t updating as well, it does in the editor but not on dashboard… I also lost sound on Viki today while on YT it worked, it worked after opening a new Viki website tab…
