For the last week I have been unable to log-in with my email and ■■■■■■■■. The only way I can get in is to reset my ■■■■■■■■ EVERY TIME! This is absolutely ridiculous and Viki needs to fix this issue. I’ve been a member for years and I’m getting tired of really poor or inattentive customer support. I tried to add this and their horrible AI system said I couldn’t create the topic because of the 'WORD" ■■■■■■■■.

Sorry to hear you’re dealing with this. Having to reset your “pass.word” every time you log in for a whole week is definitely not normal and I completely understand the frustration.
This kind of issue is unfortunately beyond what we can fix at the community level, so if you haven’t already, I’d recommend submitting a support ticket at https://support.viki.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=8932129801363 (support.viki.com) so the team can investigate your account directly.
As for the topic being blocked, the word “pass.word” tends to get flagged automatically by the forum filter, nothing personal!
