Okay, here is an interesting fact, centipedes, and snakes are in South Korea. 
They are shockingly huge! Centipede: See timestamp 9:00 to 9:30. Snake: See timestamp 10:54 to 11:17

That’s a really cool cultural fact about Korea celebrating love on the 14th of each month! I hadn’t heard of that before.
@simi11 makes a good point wondering if that custom is shown in Kdramas - I don’t recall seeing it either.

Today 13/12 is lucia in Sweden the clip can be seen with English subtitles. It’s a nice tradition and like many girls I was a lucia as a teen here in Sweden (in a local church) and my mother was one in Finland when she was young.
