Has anyone been dealing with a sudden drop in resolution starting a few weeks ago? It used to be a random thing, but for a few weeks now it has been constant for me. Followed all of the protocols and it is definitely not a problem with my internet speed and or the quality of my internet. It is actually unwatchable at this level of pixilation–guessing probably somewhere around 300-ish. Really a bummer because it’s made me just stop watching anything and I would love to be able to resolve this.

I don’t know if it’s in the protocols but have you changed something about
“Power supply and battery 
” in windows settings before your problem happened ?
You could check in your browser settings if something about playing video in low quality is activated and in plugins maybe too.
