And you can’t pick a mystery gift… I feel ungrateful but I would have loved getting merch as previous years, I use my t-shirts when I’m out and about and the stickers is used on things in my kitchen (it was cute stickers with food on them). Viki please consider going back to merch next year if you give gifts, I love them and in away you can see it as making people happy and getting free advertising. :heart:

I think it’s because many users complain and didn’t get their merch. There were shipping problems too. Some couldn’t even get 50$ gifts. So like everywhere theres some issue. But tho not to brag or anything, but cutting off gifts by half and no merch, when last year viki gain 24-25% more in year scale, is some kind of weird. Still gift is a gift, so don’t mind my bragging.

I have gotten gift cards that has burned (I couldn’t use them), when Viki refunded the tax… I love the personal stuff but I’m just a silly woman… that’s getting more and more sentimental the older she gets… :wink:

They did, they only want your real name, Viki nick and mailadress so you don’t have to give them more than that.

Thank you to everyone who posted information about the 2024 End of Year Gift. Much appreciated. I received a message from Viki in my Viki mail today about the 2024 end of Year Gift. The message included link to the Form.
The message stated that the deadline to complete and submit the form was February 19, 2025. It is a Digital only gift this year. There is no Physical gift option for 2024. The message said to expect the Digital gift 2-3 weeks after the deadline. *
So everyone, check your Viki Mailbox.

I’m waiting. The message I got in my Viki mailbox said to expect the digital gift 2-3 weeks after deadline, so it probably will come around March 15, 2025. As I recall, the gift came later last year, so I wouldn’t get worried just yet.

The last day to respond to Viki was February 19th, and after that, it takes about 2–3 weeks to receive the gift. So, a little over two weeks have passed now, and I personally received a message about the gift today.

Received the mail today in order to choose what kind of digital gift I want. Those choices are really differents from last years. Surprising :face_with_open_eyes_and_hand_over_mouth:.

I have same problem, exactly I lieve in small town and usually I send money to my paypal, and it was easy, but now it’s whole new level of hardness.

Me too but it worked after third time and I pinned the card to my paypal and Google Pay, tho I can’t see the balance so calculator my friend. Last year was easier.

I truly appreciate the year-end gifts and love that Viki goes the extra mile to do this. That said, I hope they reconsider the cash gift option in the future, as this year’s digital debit card has been quite difficult to use where I am (Asia). The redemption option they had in 2023 was so much better and much more accessible. Hoping they bring back something similar next time.

Usually, I took the digital gift and credited it on shops online. But here our only choices are Ikea (it’s not my kind of decoration) and Ticketmaster (ticketing for events). I’m sad about my annual gift that I transform into Am€z€n credit. Well, I think that I’ll try some event on Ticketmaster
