How do I chat with them?
There is no helpline number for my country. There is no possibility for me to contact my prepaid center helpline.
Now I don’t even see the add to wallet option on the website. (Previously when I clicked it it took me to an IOS APP)
Edit - It seems that the website is very slow in loading.
I use an Android phone and I can’t use apple wallet and I can’t use Pay Pal(It charges a lot of comission for all types of transactions) either. Google Pay is the only option for me. I event tried Am*zon Pay. But it always say that the payment is declined. And when I try to activate the card it shows the same error.
Hey all… I’m from India… Nobody from my community could use this… When I tried it for the first time… I just tried to order something worth 200… it worked… And I cancelled that order and got the amount into my Am*zon wallet … yeah I couldn’t even withdraw this now, because I didn’t get my ekyc done in it…
And I thought it would work for me later… But now ITS NOT WORKING ANYMORE FOR ME TOO…Like my other frds, the payment is not processing, it’s saying that there’s a technical issue… Please help…
Hmm, the longest most complicated way to get 25$. Also it stated it’s in my apple wallet, but it is not. For details and balance it asked you to down-load (why is this word censored??) another app my wallet.
I’m really not comfortable giving all my personal details to get this online credit card.
Last year it wasn’t name based, it was a simply gift credit card or a prepaid credit card.
This is data harvesting and Im really disappointed, I wonder if these cards were cheaper to buy for compromising personal details even street… also downloading that specific app which has 1 star review all these is making me very concerned, and I wonder why Viki go this way…
A gift with uncomfortable feeling! I will use the gifted money as soon as possible and delete the MyWallet App! I even wonder if it will work! @brendas
PS this cc is in US$ I wonder if it will also deduct exchange fees so in Swiss Franc it’s about 22.22 I’d say roughly 20 with fees… hmmm, perhaps I shouldn’t have even take it…
Update: the Master Card was finally added to my iphone wallet. Perhaps there was a technical delay. But it doesn’t show the value
Last year we had the option to use the gift for something useful, but now we are limited by those options, and I don’t want those options so it was really the worst gift of the year. I’m disappointed.
I simply tried to make a payment just to check whether the card is working or not and surprisingly the payment was successful and the card is working fine for me right now. I don’t know whether I will face another issue later just like how my other community member experienced. I hope it’s all sorted now.
Feel you I officially give up on this year gift. I can’t add card to my pay pal nor google wallet. I contact support for help but nothing seems to work. Thay told me to try again because they see error and try on other device. Where? When most of us have one Phone. I will not play in hide and seek with this card one second it works and another it’s not.
@brendas hi, i contacted the support as you adviced, thrice. However, it was not use. They first gave me a replacement card and told to use that instead, which didn’t work. Then they asked me to try different retailers, which didn’t work either. They said I should make payments less than $25, which I am but still the card is not working. The contact us was not help either. Wasted my ISD call balance and it didn’t help even a bit. This hassle is just too much for such a petty amount. The card is not working anywhere.
Just wanted to update on my card, I managed to make it work on PayPal, but not on Google, even the 1$ buy in games doesn’t work on google pay, when I tried to exhaust all the money on the card on Pay Pal, it took the last dollar ( payment was 24.5) from my Pay Pal account and not the card, so I’m left with about a dollar that I can’t use anywhere for anything. I don’t mind it much, but the trouble and amount of time it took to get it to work at all was very annoying. I hope viki doesn’t use this kinda card from this company again. The silver lining is I got to buy my parents some stuff they needed at a time when I’m somewhat stressed money wise😅
The voucher will work fine in us ig. So just buy amzon gift card or reload into the gift card balance. The reload doesn’t expire. And then use it to buy kindle or audible, or maybe prime membership? Reloading is non refundable. So make sure before you buy it. Also, the card is working on and off, randomly. A friend of mine was trying it at Google play and the card suddenly worked and she purchased an app’s subscription. You could try that.
I was able to spend it on Shein. For my fellow Brazilian volunteers wondering about the amount, I spent 137,08 reais and still have 0.26 dollars on my card
From above, it all, I use only google play and tried a million times, But thank you for help. Still It’s not about to brag or anything, but amount isn’t worth so many efforts from me.
When paying, I selected the credit card payment option, then I filled in the card details and paid in a single installment. I tried three times because I wanted to use up as much of those dollars as possible. The first two times didn’t work because the amount to be paid exceeded the available balance on the card.
