Has pay pal verified your card with it charging about two dollars from the card temporarily and giving you a code to verify it?

Hmm, I just saw the mail and haven’t accessed that website yet. Reading all the comments I feel strange! I had a haunch when signing up, already seeing the 25 bucks, it won’t be easy as in prior years.
Last year 50 and it went down to 25 like the stock market, lol. What can I do with 25, probably just using it for my apple cloud fee…
I donated already somewhere… I’m somewhat sad and stunned.

It didn’t work for me until paypal was able to verify the card, try to add the card again and see if anything changes. Btw, the money that was charged temporarily hasn’t yet been returned to the card, hopefully later today it would, cuz I would like to use it. Usually it’s returned faster. I said it b4 and others too, last year was way easier and better

Thank you for advice. For couple of days I’ve been trying to do it. I added card a couple of times to Paypal but it didn’t change a thing. I tried to add it to Google pay it says to contact bank. So I truly think it too much for me, and I’ll just give up at this point.

I’m still hopeful viki would at least try to help those of us with problems with this card, maybe after today’s update, they’d have time for this

We have alerted our vendor regarding the Mastercard issues some of you are facing and they have notified their supplier to investigate. The issue seems to be isolated right now to India, Israel, and Poland. I keep encountering an error that prevents me from receiving the MasterCard virtual. I have already contacted support, but they keep giving me the same response, and the issue remains unresolved.
If you have any information regarding this problem, I would greatly appreciate your help.

I have also problems with using my card. I have the card virtually with all the information but in my country (Netherlands) I did not find a store that accepted my card. I contacted Mastercard International (ICS) and they don’t know either and they directed me to Mastercard.com. […]
The brendas myprepaidcenter-link doesn’t work either. I have no pay-pal and don’t want to. I just want to add it to my bank account or creditcard account or pay at a store, it is so simple.

Bol.com accepted the card. Just paid 2 Raspberry Pico 2 WiFi with it. Now the other $5 … Second time, the card is not accepted and the other $5 (or less) is lost. Hmmm, please Viki do not used this type of gift again. This is not a pleasure, it is a pia.

Thanks… Never heard of the first 2 so I think I will go for the virtual mastercard eventually since that’s the only good option if you don’t want to give it away.

If you could us know too if you were accessing it via mobile or a desktop and what browser you were using (e.g. Chrome, Safari, etc) that would be a great help too. Thank you so much!

I think their gifts this year are not satisfactory. I tried to choose the mastercard prepaid but noticed getting much of your information such as name, address and telephone number. We all know how vulnerable mobile numbers nowadays. I just can’t go through the process not knowing how will my data be used in this website. I would rather have a viki free six months or a year subscription for free that I can giveaway to friends or relatives. For my fellow qc contributor be careful.

The page kept white and did not show anything. After some time it worked but then I could not get the information about my card.

Hi, I also live in the Netherlands. If you add the card to your wallet, you can use it just like your normal card when you do groceries at any supermarket or gas station and shops like that. Bol also accepts it. The only stupid things is, you don’t know exactly how much is on it in euros. I could spend about 23 euro before it got declined.
