BIO: Jung Eun Ji is a popular South Korean singer and actress. Born on August 18, 1993, as Jung Hye Rim, she first gained attention after winning first place in the reality program “Excited Day Enjoyable Day” in 2004. In 2010, Jung Eun Ji passed the audition process and became the main singer for the girl group Apink after only training with the group for six months. She made her acting debut in the hugely successful 2012 television drama “Answer Me, 1997,” which brought her many awards, including Best New TV Actress at the 49th Baeksang Arts Awards. She also gave well-received performances in “That Winter, The Wind Blows” (2013) and “Trot Lovers” (2014). Jung Eun Ji has contributed soundtracks to “Answer Me, 1997” and “Three Days.”
FUN FACT: Eunji and Winner’s Kang Seung Yoon are hometown friends, both being from Busan, and they attended the same music class back in Busan.
