Ingredients for 4 people
The packaged jjajang 100g
Beef/pork 150g
onion(2 med-size) 300g
?? (1 big-size) 200g
korean zucchini (1/2 med-size) 100g
carrot (1/2 small-size) 70g
crushed garlic (1/2 big ?) 6g
vegetable oil (3 big ?) 45g
water (700mL) 3 1/2cup
Sorry its kinda hard to read some parts of the instructions…
1.Cut up the vegetables and meat in bit size pieces (it actually says appropriate size)
Take the packaged jjajang and in 100mL of water… ??? (BLURRY)
2. stir fry the meat, vegetables, garlic in vegetable oil.

You would need to purchase Jjajang noodle separately. As for the noodle, boil it per package direction and drain it.
For 4 people:
The packaged jjajang 100g
Beef/pork 150g

potato (1 big-size) 200g
korean zucchini (1/2 med-size) 100g
carrot (1/2 small-size) 70g
crushed garlic (1/2 big spoonful) 6g
vegetable oil (3 big spoonful) 45g
water (700mL) 3 1/2cup
Coking direction:
1.Cut up the vegetables and meat in bit size pieces (it actually says appropriate size)
Take the packaged jjajang and mix in 100mL of water.
2. stir fry the meat, vegetables, garlic in vegetable oil.
3. Add 500ml of water and boil until all ingredients are completely cooked.
4. Add Jjajang sauce that you had mixed in water earlier and simmer in low heat until thickened. Stir well.
So when you have the sauce ready, pour them on top of the cooked/drained noodle and mix well.
