It would be optimal if before formulating the questions you had some one-on-one talks with long-time Vikiers, to get a perspective as wide as possible about the issues.
Of course you’ve been a volunteer here for more than 4 years and have worked on a great number of projects, and also the questions to ask will be determined by the subject of your thesis. However, those talks might reveal other facets that you hadn’t thought of and that could enrich it.
