How are Segmenters finding projects?

I’ll preface this by saying, I was more active on Viki a few years ago, but I’m trying to get back into the community. I’ve tried reaching out to a few Channel Managers to help on shows / movies, but haven’t had any luck. Project Finder seems to have extremely stale projects - I’ve applied to a few but haven’t received any responses.

So question fellow Segmenters - how are you finding projects to help on?

Hello,
First of all, if you’re not graduated from Ninja Segging Academy, most of the teams won’t add you nowadays, no matter if you have previous experience.

If you are graduated from Ninja Segging Academy, you have to contact the Chief Segmenter of projects, not the Channel Manager. Chief segmenters are the ones recruiting segmenters.
Just look at channels in “subtitle team” you have the name of the CS often written on the cover page, if you use project finder, you will never get answers (or almost).
