How do dramas get learn mode?

There is not a list, but if you really want to know you can find out manually:

  1. Go to Viki homepage and change your content language to Korean. (Viki might automaticly change your site langauge as well, it happens often with me)

  2. Go to the explore section and select Korean shows and Korean subtitles.

Now Viki will show you all Korean shows with Korean subs including the percentage.
Note that Viki will also show 100% Korean subs even if only one episode has them. So if you find a show that interests you you still have to check the episodes to see if they all are subbed in Korean or not.
