How do I send pictures/gifs in a PM?

So… I’ve been an active member for about 5.5/6 months now and I still can’t figure out how to send pictures/gifs in a PM.

Do any of you guys know how to do it?

Your image URL should end in a file extension like .png, .gif, or .jpg
