How to create new channel

Hi. I’m just curious. Whatever happened to the “Create new channel” button?
I can’t seem to find it. Does anyone know the link? o__O

It’s still there but it loads a bit slower, it should appear between the top 25 and the postcards banner.

If you go to viki.com/community the “Submit a Channel” button is on the right hand side
