being I am here in rehab for a few weeks, I have been having a problem getting into viki. * hvent used my laptop to get onto Viki before. so with you alls expretise thought I woud ask for help the message says update switch or updat eyour browser vf_vjs_001 * have about 10 more days and thought I could watch some of my dramas.**so if not I will just stop ad do somethng else.

Which browser do you use?
Usually you can go to the menu of your browser (top right corner - 3 dots)
In edge it looks like this:
or chrome:
There’s an option called help. If you click on it, another menu pops up.
Go to About Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome (below)
It will open an new page and start checking if your browser has all the updates:
If your browser is not up to date, it will tell you to update your browser. Click the button that it displays if it doesn’t start downloading the update automatically.

I am home now so not to worry about laotop I got my trusty computer up and running, yeaaaa, also I came home Thursday, I will start physical therepy Tomorrow(Monday) allso no pain, I can walk so feeling great
oh this is for every one, the physical therepy people will be coming to my house

That code vf_vjs_001 is tied to browser compatibility. Best fix is to update your browser to the latest version. If updates aren’t possible, Firefox tends to work well with Viki.
