I used to, but it happens in every episode and it’s throughout the episodes as well.

Yeah, I just wish Viki had a system in place where you could report such people and they would actually do something about it.

Well a lot things has been changing here, and the worse one that is happening now is that the HELP CENTER is no longer providing the service the way they used to. You would file a complaint, get a number for follow up, and within 1 week (depending on issue) it would be resolved. That’s a thing of the past, and I believe the help center no longer exist here at this site.

I’ve thought of that many times. It’s obvious that no one reads what they sign up for anymore, OR the comment policy now listed on every drama. If Viki is not going to stand by their policies, why have them at all??

Park Yu Na from True Beauty is getting too many hate comments from the Arab viewers. Do they not get filtered or something?
There is one Romanian comment which has crossed the line in terms of being gross.
I reported the nasty ones but can they be removed as soon as possible?
Nobody even thinks for a second that the dramas she has been in were always super hit but they still hate her 
Hating the actor because of the character has always been my #1 on the hate list.

It’s a sick and perverted so called ‘‘humans’’ that are the main cause of suicides all over the world. They can’t deal with the fact that the girl has all the right things, SHE CAN ACT (so well that they hate the character she played), she’s very pretty, and above all: obviously intelligent! Can you imagine the lines in her script she has to memorize? I just can’t even memorize two lines.
They should make a policy that anyone attacking ANYONE through time comments, comments (especially actress and actors) will be banned/block from RakutenViki.com
Can you imagine such a great young girl reading all that garbage and this site allowing that to happen?
Well, that is the reason the first thing I do now is close the time comment and I avoid going to comment sections. One thing I have to say the real actor is that one that can play a bad girl and we ‘‘hate’’ (the character not them) or play a sweety girl and we love and cheer for her. I totally love the acting of this young actress and she’ll be on my prayer list to protect her against any negativity or negative thoughts.
I hope the Moderator/CM whomever to speed up and delete those nasty comments.

I do watch the’ watch parties’ from my computer - Are those comments saved with the shows?
You’ve got to wonder if the intelligence of these so-called haters is even above 90. Absolute idiots.

I’ve noticed that this happens on a huge scale only in high school dramas…in mature dramas(mature in plot and meaning I mean) the TCs all make the distinction very clear— they curse out the character as much as possible, but as many comments go “WOW!! The actor is SO good, I REALLY hate this character!” and positive stuff like that.
I stopped watching high school dramas a long time ago, so I never come across these stupid kinds of people

I looked at the actor’s IG yesterday and she is facing really rude comments from people. Over there, the majority of hate comments are from Arabics and Indonesians.
Even then, there are thousands of people who are protecting the actress and the actress might feel positive looking at people trying to defend her as an actress and not target her as a character.

Unfortunately, one vicious comment can completely erase a hundred of supportive ones.
It’s a shame that with what some Indonesian ppl. are facing now over there, and this ppl are acting so inhumanely. They recently had an earthquake, and a volcano that has poured ashes and destroyed homes and left ppl with nothing but their clothes they had on. Yet, we have this ignorants fools not helping their people in need, but busy bashing this young girl and is really a shame.
I think how can going through what all over the world is happening right now, and we have all this malicious, evil acts, hate and deceit at a time like this. I wonder if they are really humans. It doesn’t make sense how they get away with this and they can’t be sued bc their information is mostly fake.

The comments I mentioned and reported were not on the drama’s discussions page but the actress’s profile page.
Ah, I thought that they were in the Timed Comments, because this thread is about the Timed Comments.

for people that want to do timed comments I have no problem. however my Viki all of a sudden started doing timed comments. I just want to know how to turn them off as I find them annoying. I pay premium service and I can’t find how to turn them off.
