Is this normal? Contacted Viki for support, ticket was closed 1 hour later for supposedly not responding

I opened a ticket on Aug 1 with a posting issue on Viki, and recived the reply at Aug 4, 2024, 3:06 AM GMT+8 from ■■■ (Not posting their name for now)

Then On Sun, Aug 4, 2024 at 4:01 AM Viki Support, (less than an hour later) sent me this:
We contacted you a few days ago to see if you had a chance to review the latest update from ■■■.
As we haven’t heard back, we’ll solve the ticket for now.

The most interesting part is that the email I received on Aug 4, 2024 at 3:06 AM…

The internal post shows a time of 3:06 PM? So the ticket was closed before I received the response or after?

Does it see strange to any of you? As this happened before?

This happens to me a lot, almost every time i write to them. Even though its just been a few hours since my message, i get the same, "we contacted you a few days ago. " before they close the ticket…

I guess there is an issue, with their scheduling or reporting software.
