I’ve found for the past two days (today and yesterday), Viki had logged me out from my laptop and I had to log back in again. This time when I first tried to log in again, at first it said “There have been unexpected issues. Please try again in a few minutes.”, but then as soon as I tried the second time, it logged me in. It used to log me out every now and then, I assume for security reasons, but this was with months in between and it never had any issues logging me back in. It has never happened two days in a row like this before. I was just wondering if this had happened to anyone else?
It might be a completely different issue but Viki also logs me out frequently on my mobile.
Whenever I receive a new message, Viki logs me out on my mobile instantly. This does not happen on my laptop though.
I don’t know what causes this, but it’s weird.

Yeah, that does sound similar. It definitely might be the same issue. Perhaps it’s some sort of glitch from an update? I’ve also noticed something weird in the Bulk Editor. It used to be that sometimes when I went to open my language to do checks, it would open the segments blank and I had to refresh and choose my language again for it to show my translation. This still happens sometimes, but now it shows the English translations instead, which was super weird to me. It ends up being English to English and I have to refresh again and click on my language again and it usually works. I noticed that after the last update to the Subtitle Editor, I think.
That happened to me, too. Plus now i can’t see TD anymore… and the cookie banner is vanished…
