what is it about that period & time that so much has been written about it, most may be fictitious ,but what is it that many writers write stories about that period? 1600’s right?

If you like Sageuk (historical drama’s), you should definitely watch ‘A tree with deep roots’. It’s about the creation of the Korean alphabet.
Also, you should definitely watch Jewel in the Palace. It’s a classic!

Watching “Queen Seondeok” really helped me understand the Silla Dynasty better.
I watched “Dong Yi,” and it’s still one of my favorites.

I also am a fan of the historical ones too. Just need to get back into watching them Queen and Dong yi, will watch tghem starting this week.
