Yeah, it was definitely a “surprise kiss” and didn’t really progress the relationship for both of them, so I wouldn’t count it either.

Angry Mom did, however, have multiple scenes of one-sided staring contests.
The were of smitten teens gazing too intently at an uninterested second party, so likely doesn’t count.
Talk about “slow burn” on that one. Liked the ending.
