Hi, I’ve got my segmentation badge and I’m looking for a project. I worked on a Korean and Chinese project during my training. I’d prefer to continue with that, but I don’t mind working on other projects as well. I’m available for several hours a week, maybe around 6-7 hours, (depending on my classes). I’m willing to contribute if help is needed

Before you can do that, you first need to graduate from the NSSA segmenting academy. You can apply for that here:

This list has also been available since the new NSSA page was launched. You’re on it.

The other list has all segmenters that has graduated both NSSA and Seg101, they said the graduates on NSSAs page is nice too.

Current Availability : 3 hours per week [will extend after march]
Reason for applying: I am a new graduate and is fresh on knowledge with a final score of 96.8%, that might lose its value with no practice. Moreover becoming an active contributor and seeing my own efforts on my fav dramas, that will come on in future, is what I came here for.

You have now mentioned two different IDs. One is not available and nothing has ever been done with the other. You are also not listed as a graduate.

Then it’s best if you clarify this with @bjohnsonwong so that you get the badge for the graduation on your new profile. At the moment, nobody can let you into the team because you don’t currently have a graduation with this profile.

Hello! I just answered you and I hope that the situation solves it self for you. It’s like Alex says (and I wrote) no team can add you to a show if you can’t prove in someway that you have graduated. Good luck going forward!

Hello! I’ve gratuated from Ninja Academy quite a while ago and I would like to contribute as a segmenter for k-dramas. Please contact me if there’s a project i could work with. I will be available on weekends only due to my working schedule. So even if I can’t spare very much time I’d like to keep working on my segmenting skills. Hi, I have been segmenting for a while but took a break during January. I am now looking for more projects. I have a couple of questions.
A) I saw a post that seemed to indicate that the segmenter role was going away, but I couldn’t find any follow up information. Is this a rumor?
B) I was looking over the new NSSA website (I think) and saw that I was not verified, yet I haven’t found out how to correct it nor have I located the page I saw that info. I understand with the new site some information needs to be revised, but I have located where to upload it on the new site. The intro says followinstructions for “no access” but I do not see the instructions. Can someone direct me on what I sm doing wrong? Thanks
Segmenters are very busy these days. There are lots of projects coming along.
