NSSA | Looking for NSSA blog writers

Hi everyone, :grinning:

The NSSA team is looking for English blog writers to bring to life the NSSA blog with a variety of articles. What are we looking for in an NSSA blog writer?

  • You must be a Viki contributor for at least 1 year with a solid activity history.
  • You must know English at a very good level. For now, we will post only EN articles and more information about OL articles will be announced soon.
  • For the NSSA-related topics, you must have an NSSA collection badge (Segging/Subbing Graduate).
  • You must have the desire and talent to write in a very correct, organized, and captivating manner.
  • You must commit to writing 1 article per week or month, depending on the topic’s specific. There is no limit on the article’s length.

So, if you feel like this is your chance to show off your writing talent, apply for this position and help the NSSA spread the most important and fun information about being a contributor on Viki, especially as an NSSA student/graduate. Please reach out to @dimghro with a DM if you are interested. You should already have some topics in your mind that you will commit to posting about.

Important information:

  • The article presentation image will be provided by the NSSA team. We can also help you with any other needed graphic materials.
  • You will provide the article in a Google Document, and it will be posted with your username at the end + the link to your Viki profile.
  • The team of writers will be organized on our NSSA Discord server in a dedicated section based on a new role. So make sure you join us there (we are already more than 300 members).
  • We accept more writers for the same topics, and we will have a schedule and the needed discussions to establish the order of writing.
  • The articles will be promoted through our social media accounts and the Discussion forum.
  • You are going to receive a special NSSA-made badge as an NSSA blog writer.
  • All the articles will be validated before being posted to make sure they don’t bring any harm to anyone from the community and Viki staff.

More exciting news very soon! Thanks for your time!
