Pin log in required for each video, and video does not stay where it was left off after viewing. This started Monday 5/27/24 Any idea? In addition, movies selected from the watch list and viewed disappear from the browser completely.

Having the same problem, although only on mobile. Let’s hope it get’s fixed soon.

It wants a pin in order for me to watch anything on my Phillips TV, I am getting sick of paying for an app I can not watch

The manditory creation and memorization of a restricted pin to watch videos has resulted in me having to delted my longtime account and create a new one because I forgot the pin and was locked out of TV viewing. #SIGH
