Is there anywhere to stop those pop-up messages whenever I’m in my mailbox? Need to keep clicking on them to make them go away.

Never got them. And my AdBlock is actually disabled on Viki. But I do (very occasionally) get some other ones.
Sounds like a glitch. Maybe open a ticket?

I don’t think so. I believe it’s an intentional program code. Such pop-ups would appear after each login, rebooting, or clearing of caches. What to do? Just have to click it away 
You won’t get it if you stay logged in permanently. Or probably with the right cookie settings. If your browser deletes all cookies each time you turn off your device, it won’t remember not to show you that pop-up again.
