Problems viewing content as a QC

I’ve been having trouble viewing “out of region” content for about a month now. I’m a QC, so I should be able to view them. Is anyone else having this problem?

No, I don’t have the issues, but I know that there are rare cases of dramas not even accessible to QCs. But if you have so many, then you should check it at the help center.

I sent an email to the help center two weeks ago, but never got a response. I’ll try again.

This might help solve your problem in the meantime. However, please note that even with QC access, some Channels might be blocked in certain countries due to licensing issues.
