ATTENTION:

RE: After School Club - episode index is missing all episodes 470 through 501:

The Episode index/search is broken. All episodes from 470 through 501 are missing.

Viewers and team members are unable to search for the most recent episodes. However, previously saved links do work so the episodes are there but unavailable on search.

I hate twitter and do not have a twitter account so I can’t report it there. Are there any VIKI techs on staff or did everyone leave for the holidays?

Even if you message them on twitter, they will definitely tell you to file a ticket in the help centre.
So filing a ticket at hc is the only way.

Where is the help center? Oh, I notified our CM as soon as I found this issue. I have not heard back from her yet. Probably sleeping. It’s midnight for me and I am heading off to count jumping sheep soon. lol I just wanted to get this in the works.

Ok. The system probably got scared because I was just about to hit submit and checked one last time. Something happened because now everything is back as it should be. (I must have scared the bits and nibbles.)
