[Scheduled Subber Tool Maintenance]

Hi everyone,

There will be technical maintenance scheduled on February 25th beginning at 8:00pm PST and is expected to last for 6-8 hours. During this time the subber tool will be unavailable and as such no new subtitled or segments will be able to be created during this time. We appreciate your understanding.

So, that is 26th Feb 5:00-13:00 for most of Europe, 6:00-14:00 for the UK.

I hope this will be “transparent” for viewers too.

Ohh that’s before the usual uploading times. But please Viki staff be active on the comment sections of drama’s that will be uploaded on that day to shield us volunteers from the sub whiners. Thanks! @camiille

I shall remind Teams of this day of, and also make my own plans to relax and perhaps watch something rather than edit that evening. :slight_smile:

This is very much appreciated, and hopefully the Help Center too will receive fewer queries, it will work out well to tell at least we volunteers to prepare. :slight_smile:
