I’ve noticed today that the Https for Viki home screen isn’t secure. Instead of a lock there is an i with a circle around it.
Does anyone else see this, or is it my computer?

when Im on viki main page, tv guide or discussions it shows the locked https://…
but when I click on a episode to play there is only a doc icon and only www.viki. com.
I use an android tablet and when clicking on the doc icon it says “your connection to
this site is not private” all the while Im on regular chrome browser not incognito…

What browser are you using?

Could it be that no-privacy setting is necessary when watching videos because of the possibility of sharing your watch history to Facebook?

I’m using Google Chrome.
I do see the locked https on some pages, but on others I don’t. I get “This page is not secure.”[quote=“bozoli, post:3, topic:11738”]
no-privacy setting
You maybe correct. There could be necessary to be a non-privacy setting.

I never noticed it before.

I am using google chrome version 52.0.2743.116 (64-bit).

Console warning (there are several similar warnings):

Mixed Content: The page at ‘’ was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure image ‘’. This content should also be served over HTTPS.

Indicator next to the address field (not green as it should be):

Your connection to this site is private, but someone on the network might be able to change the look of the page. Details

Those details are:

[OK] Valid Certificate
The connection to this site is using a valid, trusted server certificate.
View certificate
[OK] Secure TLS connection
The connection to this site is using a strong protocol version and cipher suite.
[W] Mixed Content
The site includes HTTP resources.
View requests in Network Panel

This is not a new problem. I saw it two months ago.

I got that “someone on the network might be able to change the look” once and was surprised as well, that is few months ago… I use google chrome android I think lollipop. Right now it shows only the doc icon and… on this page and when clicking on that icon it states what you mentioned about the “change”… and you can click on settings, apparently it stores data and you can reset it… Im puzzled.

thank you very much everyone. I thought something may have been wrong with my computer.
Now I know that’s how it is, no need to worry…
