So my mother and I watched the 2022 Edinburgh Tattoo Highlights on cable last night. It was interesting. I was expecting a lot more military and bagpipe music, but apparently they made some changes to include modern pop tunes in the mix, which was interesting. Anyway, they had several guest bands, including United States Army Field Band, which did a rap about NATO! Now Iāve heard it allā¦LOL!

What a great photo! I am currently struggling (after a year of getting over COVID) to get back to a schedule that includes three-times weekly classes at my local YMCA and other physical activities that I enjoyed a lot before lockdown.
I havenāt figured out how to map my desire for activity onto a daily schedule in a world that has drastically changed since 2020, but you are giving me inspiration for sure!!!

I made a marble cake yesterday for my grandsonās bday party! I havenāt made it for so long, but it came out so good. This is not my picture, but it looks about the same except the marblling

For all chocolate lovers like me: The US Food Dept has this California Proposition 65 label when there are ingredients that can cause cancer in food and therefore you can read it often or always on chocolate (and cocoa/cacao powder), mostly the dark ones since cocoa or cacao content is much higher.
The Consumer Reports tested some and itās surprising! I could also imagine that every then and now these tests could vary depending where the powder comes from, but yes eating dark chocolate should be in a moderate way.
