I noticed that “our guy” always has a driver usually and the windows have curtains on them. But when he met up with an interviewer at the agency they were right at the front door. There is no way. Anyone could just stand outside of the agency - they have to have some kind of rules. You would think.
That’s what I was thinking…if they just go through the front door, what keeps fans from just camping out there all the time? Do they have security around all the time shooing them away?
I am seriously thinking we need to find out - ROAD TRIP!!! hahahahahahaha!

I watched a drama called “Touch Your Heart” which touched a little on this topic. The biggest problem these celebrities face is when they meet one of the sasaengs with the intention to sue them and see a young high school student or a breadwinner of the family looking back at them. It’s really hard for them to continue pursuing them with the law in these circumstances. Most of the people who sent death threats and other stuff to Chen were students.
Their best bet is to have higher security all the time and direct all couriers and mail to the agency for staff to sort out. I’ve noticed that there HAS been heightened security around these people… they always have an entire posse of guards around them. But those guards can’t really do anything much because they could get sued for manhandling fans. They basically just walk with their arms out to push against fans while the celebrity walks through everything. The actual help comes from the fans themselves
I remember watching a video where sasaengs tried to rush up to a celeb at an airport and other fans went after them to pull them back… there was lots of hair pulling and screaming but at least nothing happened to the celeb and no one could sue anyone. It was actually kinda cute to watch the fans band together even though they were complete strangers and pull those sasaengs back.
Don’t bother. They’re all twelve-year-old crazies. They’re well known all over the industry. No one cares. Of course it’s frustrating, but there’s nothing we can do except not give them any attention. EXO-L and ARMY have been at each others’ throats for years now because they’re the two biggest bg fandoms. It’s always hilarious to see EXO and BTS get along so well while we have all these crazies throwing hate.

This is where responsible parenting comes in. Or at least it should. *sigh *
@kdrama2020ali Have you seen this one?
It’s really cool that you have fangirling experience. I’ve observed this myself… it takes about two years to completely settle down and open up to other fandoms. For the first year, most fans are oN FIRE. They love their own group and ONLY their own group and hate on every other group without even knowing who they are. I never thought of hating on others, but I wasn’t willing to listen to anyone but EXO at first
I just liked them so so much! I still think the world of them but I listen to anyone now if it’s good music.
I think it’s because of the amount of time you usually invest in a group. Joining a fandom is serious business… you know everyone’s faces, voices, personalities, you watch their reality shows, you have to know lots of stuff to understand fandom jokes, you love them, they love you… it’s kinda personal. Entering multiple fandoms will mentally exhaust you. It feels weird to get into another group’s live or concert and watch them thank and love their fans.
I’ve never seen celebrities thank fans like they do. I was surprised at the way they ask fans to eat well and sleep well. The greeting or thank you messages aren’t generic. It feels like they think about it before telling us stuff.
One needs to have the context in which the other GIF was used (In Hottie posse, I think?) to get the full effect of this one. LOL
Oh, you’re right. I should have posted it in the other topic. lol
It’s totally the baby bird equivalent. ![]()
I can literally imagine @mirjam_465 as the little green chick and @kdrama2020ali as the cream-colored one ![]()
I feel sorry for the poor worm ![]()
Until one of us comes after your posse! ![]()
