OMG! That story about Jae Joong and the stalker fans-scary as hell! And the attitude of the police- unbelieveable! There really needs to be some changes made by the Industry.Stop markteting idols as āownedā by the fans and no more bf/gf fantasy stuff. Plus take parasocial interactions seriously and make changes to stop the behaviors that encourage obsession. It is so sad that the man was living like that for 12 years. Iām glad that he is finally able to live like a human but it should not have taken so long. Breaks my heart that all of these K pop stars canāt have any sort of private life until age 40. Maybe they donāt want to wait that long- especially the female idols because bio clock. I,m amazed that the saesang fans were able to get into the house and took pics of all the rooms. Too creepy Related tidbit. Surfing YT I watched a few clips of Letās BTS which I think was recorded at beginning of this 2021 and qestion was askd about how they view ARMY. V responded that ARMY was their good friend. I was so glad to see them finally stopping with the girlfriend nonsense. On another forum I read that V actually responded to a fan shipping comment onhis Vlive and told them to get out of their imagination. Poster said he got flak for it including from management Iām not sure if Big Hit really said anything to him but I admire V for taking a stand against these unhealthy fan behaviors. I,ve read that V has mentioned repeatedly he wants kids and family so maybe he is now thinking ahead and trying to do what he can to pave the way for that in the near future.
I was watching a historical K drama set in Joseon period and I wonder why the clothes arealways the same no matter what year in the Joseon dynasty. Joseon dynasty lasted 500 years so why is fashion always the same? I find it strange.

Good question. Iāve never even taken notice. But our fashion seems to change by the minute, so itās reasonable to think theirs changed at least a little over that time period.

I have always heard about the Biltmore but never seen it.
Canandaigua, NY near Rochester is home to Sonnenberg Gardens, home to Frederick Ferris and his wife Mary Clark Thompson, very much part of the same āRobber Baron Clubā as the Biltmore folks.
He was a New York City banker, and she was the daughter of a New York State governor. Sonnenberg Gardens was the family summer estate (poshy-posh), built pre-First World War. After the death of . . . grandchildren, I think, the estate gradually fell into decline. At one point during the Second World War, it was used as VA hospital.
In the 1970s, in great disrepair, it was designated a state historic park and ownership was transferred from the VA to a foundation that has been working slowly but steadily for the past fifty years restoring the house and outbuildings and the multiple gardens with different themes.
Just jaw-droppingly beautiful!

Yes.Chinese dramas have differet clothes depending on the timeframe. Why not Korea? Whether the timeset is 1400 or 1700 the clothes always the same. Itās weird to me.
