Was Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo ever on viki or I’m I tripping? I remember seeing it someone.

There is the Chinese original drama, the Korean version was never on Viki.

There is a 2nd season but I must say I enjoyed the 1st season way better, but that’s from my perspective others might think differently.

As far as I know the Korean version was never licensed on Viki. There was most likely a fanchannel though without the videos.
