That’s probably just a delay in the system. It will probably appear later on, but if it takes too long you might want to ask the Help Center:

Mirjam already replied to you. However, some friendly advice: it is always better to put a descriptive title to your thread rather than one so generic. So that people who see it can immediately tell whether they know about this and want to click on it and reply to you.
In this case, titles I could think of include:
“Contributions on my profile not updated”
or
“Subs don’t show on my contributions page”
or
“How long until subs show on my contributions page?”
