Is there a way of getting the subtitle editor on the mobile app?

Once I tried to sub from my phone and just opened the subtitle editor on chrome…
It doesn’t work or yes it works but it’s not comfortable and very annoying …
The only way would be bulk translation in the viki app or sth like that but even then it’s bad because you can’t see the video…
