Summer Subtitle Trails Challenge - Cabin Roll Call!

O chose Eagle because they are smart and independant, also they are magestic and fearless.
My goal is Lookout Point, it’s not a great goal, however I’ll do what I’m able to.

We have these too! But we call it (translated into english) “snake bread” and it’s usually made with yeast, not baking powder.

I’m very happy to be in the Otter :otter: cabin because they are so cute, small and elongated… it’s just amazing how they swim and collect their favorite rocks like little pieces of their path to use as a survivor tool. I’m aiming for “Master Pathfinder”. Looking very forward to it! :white_heart::otter:

Camping recipe #2 by the campfire!!
I’d like to talk about one of the most easiest and most loved recipe of mine! Bun-butter jam hehe :yum: :star:
As It’s name suggests, it’s just butter spread on the two sides of bun and jam in the middle. it can be made with bread too.
But, I make it with a lil twist. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

  • cut the bun into two pieces
  • spread the butter thoroughly
  • toast the bun in a pan or a microwave (I prefer the pan for the crispyness)
  • plate the buns and spread the jam when the bun is still hot (this makes the jam a bit watery and that’s how I like it but you can add the jam after the bun or bread has cooled down)
  • eat it as it is or make a sandwitchy! your food, your creativity :hugs:

I’ll attach a variant of this recipe below!

btw you can also add sweetened condensed milk instead of jam and can just skip the toasting part if u like. feel free to experiment with it!
Have a whimsy and cheerful week! :woman_fairy: :dizzy:

All talk about Biryani and “, Indian bread” makes me crave parotta.Something perfect on any occasion (as a child my family friend made it with stew but that’s not needed).

Since everyone is sharing their amazing recipes, I have to share the ultimate soul food from my home Vada Pav! It’s basically the Indian version of a spicy potato burger, and it tastes absolutely heavenly when made fresh

It’s the perfect, comforting street food that gives the best cozy vibes by a campfire. Trust me, one bite and you’ll be hooked! Hope you all love it!:sparkles:

Hello there from the Otter Cabin! I chose them since they’re similar to me; they love being in the water but don’t give up on land. They can live in two worlds at once. :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:
My goal is between “Lookout Point” and “Summit”, but since I’m shy, at least I would like to get the “Camper”. LoL  So let’s join my camper and explore this summer adventure with me

Thank you for kicking this off, @lilybidulgi! What a fun idea to share camping recipes, songs, stories, and tips!

My camping story involves an encounter with a family of bears. :bear::bear::bear::bear:
We were awoken in the middle of the night to the sound of a tent being shredded. That’s when we learned the campsite next to us had put their leftovers in a tent (vs. a food locker). :grimacing: The bears walked right by our tent to get to the food, so we stayed in our tent to avoid risking the bears coming after us! When the bears finally left, I made a beeline to the car and stayed there until morning.I’ve never been more petrified!
