Team sports or individual sports

Some people prefer team sports ,others, prefer individual sports , in your opinion wich is preferable ,and why???

If it’s not for professional training, I think many people do both, e.g. they are swimming alone but playing volleyball with friends.

I don’t find any of them preferable. I believe team sports are better for learning to cope with difficulties that you didn’t cause and that individual sports are better for overcoming difficulties that you did.

A combination of sports styles is better, unless you are going for the gold or something.

In my opinion, team sports are preferable because they offer a unique opportunity for social interaction, cooperation, and learning how to work towards a common goal. When playing in a team, you rely on others, communicate to solve problems, and develop strong bonds with teammates. This not only makes the experience enjoyable but also teaches valuable life skills like teamwork, empathy, and effective communication.
