I am five episodes into I Don’t Want to Be Brothers With You. I love it.
It’s not heavy, but it’s deep. What constitutes a family? What does it mean to try one’s best at work, at school, at home? Is it possible to be responsible without losing a sense of fun? So much going on with so many different characters and back stories and yet the story line is straightforward and easy to follow.
And all of this is a seamless experience for me thanks to those who have worked to provide English subtitles that are clear, idiomatic, and naturalistic. Thanks to everyone who made this possible.
