In Germany we have something called GEMA. All music videos from major labels are blocked here. You can see the videos if you use a proxy, but it is a bit annoying.
I remember how Psy said in an german interview, how amazed he was, that Gangnam Style was popular in Germany, even tough nobody could see the actual video.

Last year I was in Austria and one evening I was just sitting on my bed and watched youtube videos. I was so happy when I realized that I could watch all the videos.
I can’t stop laughin. Most of the time the lyric videos works. They actually speak german in the beginning. It is so funny, because I didn’t expect that. And they even eat Döner.
