There are a few named in that post, but there were many more, since I don’t know Turkish, I don’t recall the most titles. Among the fan channels here was Menekse and Halil, Gülbeyaz. That is pretty much all I recall, I think it were at least 20-30 Turkish dramas.
But if your question is about licenses, there were none, since back there was a grey (very dark grey) law situation about streaming and uploading others’ content. That is the reason fan channels were eliminated since the laws are written more in detail now.
