I was told by a Viki staff that adding an ultra-wide option to the video player would ruin the subtitles. Well, guess what?! It DOES NOT!! The competition has added such a feature, without any issues whatsoever.

Sure, not everyone is a tech expert, but the person who responded to my inquiry could have forwarded to someone who is.

Viki is always a bit late to the party.
Eventually though, they will be forced to add it, since ultra-wide screen is becoming the new standard. :slight_smile:
