"Unknown"...sure has a lot of ratings suddenly?

I happened to look at a couple of cover pages and suddenly the ratings of people - not all - but several - have changed to being “unknown”. The ratings are still there and the comments - good or bad - so this isn’t someone “removed” for cause…but…how odd?

Is this a new bug on the cover pages?

Something major is happening to the entire site. I think they’re enforcing several new features and every time they switch to one of them, something gets a bit skewed.
