Correct, thank you. It’s my understanding that is why Viki calls it a ‘fan’ channel.
The drama series will slot in KBS2’s Saturday and Sunday 8PM time slot after the conclusion of “It’s Beautiful Now,” September 2022.

Cast announced for Missing: The Other Side Season 2.
I am not sure why tvN announced it, when it’s an OCN production?

I know this doesn’t have much to do with the new 2022 dramas. But I just noticed that NF will be premiering several Kdramas that were previously Kocowa’s, such as:
Hwarang, Healer, Dali & Cocky Prince, Who Are You: School 2015, Love in the Moonlight, Sell your haunted house, The Innocent Man, The Producers, Blood, Dream High, among many others.
NF is betting big on Korean content . I feel that will have a much bigger impact on licensing for the rest of the year, and I fear there will be a fiercer licensing battle for KDramas.
What do you guys think?
This MBC drama has been snatched by +
■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■/p/Cc588qQBH0L/
I don’t really know what to think. Except that nobody will be able to deliver the quality of trans-la-tions I’ve seen since being a Viki customer since 2010.
I just hope we can keep the license of those dramas… And I really wish we can get some good dramas this 2022
Yes… I was really surprised to see some of the titles we have worked on go to NF now… The only difference will be, as far as I know, that they will not be translated into other languages ■■■■■, English subtitles only, because NF does not invest into translating productions that have a temporary license, and I assume this is the case with those that they will get now. But I agree, I think it’s going to be a fierce battle for licenses this year, if not for the next couple of years We can see the biggest players enter the scene (and I think it’s huge if D+ joined too), so let’s wait and see how it goes. I’m incredibly happy that we’re getting Today’s Webtoon, and some other titles that I was 99.9% sure would go to NF or D+. So let’s hope for the best. Hopefully, we can get some lovely dramas as well
Edit: But my other concern is: Does this also mean these dramas will disappear from Viki one day?
