Can you tell me if it’s possible to add your own videos (shorts, animation) to Viki via a fanchannel?
I think not. Viki uploads the videos itself. You could ask them to do it by opening an “issue”.

A fan channel is no longer what it used to be, fan channels are like a skeleton, only if licenses are cleared, someone will bring life to it.
So I guess for you to bring video content to Viki, they would need to pay attention on the legal aspects. Such as, if you are the right holder on everything in the video material, music, whatever … I would contact them and ask.
In earlier years when laws weren’t as black and white, there were many gray zones, so uploading in fan channels wasn’t that big of a problem. You could add videos from different platforms, but it’s no longer possible.

Fans used to be able to upload videos from youtube etc. when I first came here. But not anymore.
So the answer is no.
