I am watching Veil of Shadows and noticing that the subtitles for the OST are missing. The lyrics to Cdrama soundtracks really support the storyline and the viewing experience. This is the first time I have noticed them missing from a Viki show. Please consider, whoever is responsible, adding them so that future viewers can get the full effect of the beautiful music.

You are absolutely right, OST lyrics add a wonderful layer to the viewing experience. 
Here is a little explanation of how Viki works.
The English subtitles you see on most episodes are actually pre-subs automatically generated by Viki’s AI. Unfortunately, this AI does not include OST lyrics, which is why they may be missing on some episodes.
That said, the English volunteer team is dedicated to filling in those gaps as quickly as possible! If you check the first 3 episodes, you will notice that the OST subtitles are already there, the English team has already worked on them. 
For the remaining episodes, please bear with us a little. The members of the English team work on their free time alongside their daily lives, but do their very best to offer the most complete and enjoyable viewing experience possible.

I see, thanks so much for your reply. I forgot that this drama first aired on another platform that never subs the songs, which is why I always prefer Viki. I hope Viki can continue to license quality dramas.
