Viki app keeps crashing on Roku TV

Hey Everyone. Hoping to get some help.

Starting on March 4, 2026 the Viki app on my Roku TV crashes every time I load it. It seems to have been a widespread issue because they make a support page about it and there is a green banner at the top of their support page.

The page and banner both say that the issue has been fixed, and if it hasn’t for you then submit a ticket. So that’s what I did. The agent was nice and we went back and forth a few times. I tried everything she suggested. Then they just stopped responding. No one replied to my last message. I then received an email asking if I was satisfied with my service. I figured they closed my ticket.

I went ahead and opened another ticket. But the next day, they closed the 2nd ticket and merged it with the first one. I sent another message on my first ticket, but still no reply. So last night I opened a 3rd ticket asking them to please not close it and help me out.

I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the Viki app, cleared the cache on the Roku TV, and restarted the TV. I’ve done each of those things multiple times. I’ve tried just about everything, but nothing works. This is extremely frustrating as I’ve been without the app for 5 days now.

I’m not really sure what else to do, so I’m posting here as a last resort. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated :slight_smile:
