[Viki Community Team] February 2025 Updates

Happy Valentine's Day
Did you know that in Japan, Valentine’s Day is mainly about women gifting chocolates? — “Honmei choco” (homemade chocolates) for someone special, and “Giri choco” (obligation chocolates) for friends & colleagues. Then a month later on March 14th, the men return the favor on White Day!

Chloé is an amazing sensei for both French and the segmenting NSSA. She gives everything to make sure her students understand. Everyone who has the privilege to work for her would agree. She’s humble and never puts anyone down even if they have problems learning.

I worked with Débora on Re-BORN. It was my first time working with her directly and she was so fun to work with. She is such a kind, nice and respectful lady. She did a really awesome job as the CM. She invited moderators, took care of releases, and looked after the channel with such care. I am happy to have worked with such incredible talent.

I’ve worked with Coldmeco on so many projects, and her dedication and speed to getting projects segmented and QC’d so the teams can work on them is impressive! She’s magical with segmenting!

porkypine has been one of my favorite people to not just work with but also to have random conversations with about anything from dramas, to food, to photoshopping pictures! She’s incredible with giving her time and with teaching others how to segment and how it works.
